Kelly ended up doing quite a bit of negotiation for us between the original condo owner that we first put an offer in on and our realtor to keep communication lines open. We backed out of the first condo due to finding a better condo in the same area and Kelly negotiated that offer smoothly. She was always prompt on responses something we weren't receiving from our realtor when we sold our property. She came highly recommended from our estate attorney and would recommend her again.

Kelly was so great to work with. She showed us so many houses and went above and beyond to help us with everything. She was super easy to get in touch with and was always willing to show us houses last minute. We ended up building instead of buying a pre-built home. Kelly was with us through the entire building process as well. She also sold our old house for us and was super helpful in that entire process. We had 6 offers first day on the market.
